Cosmos is
devoted to the transmissions of Voice, Data and
Video in the Dominican Republic with "Fly Away"
transmission system that allow us to transmit from
any part of the country, Central America and the
Caribbean.
We can access on any domestic US satellites on
C/ku Band including Intelsat Americas, Panamsat,
AMC, Galaxy´s, Intelsa, Hispasat and Satmex.

COSMOS
is a telecommunications company founded in 1982
by Eng. Santiago Frías. Our company
has stayed as No. 1 inside satellite reception field (C,
Ku and Digital bands), thanks to the unconditional support
of our national and regional clients. In cooperation with
Freddy Beras Goico, we design and developed
the only Uplink Satellite Station that exists in the Dominican
Republica and the Caribbean.
This station was approved by the FCC - Panamsat –
Intelsat – Dominican Goverment (INDOTEL) to operate
in any domestic and international satellites that serves
to the world. Integrated by systems of fiber optics and
digital audio this station was borrowed to the smallest
Antilles, Puerto Rico, Venezuela and Panama; offering
support to transmissions originated in these countries
for important networks like:
ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, UNIVISION, TELEMUNDO, REUTERS, APTV,
WORLD INTERNATIONAL, TVE, RAI, DW, NHK, NIPPON TV-JAPAN,
WTC and others important TV Station of the world.
Since 1998,
we have carried out international transmissions via
our "Fly Away System" from New York and (ONU),
Canada, Puerto Rico, Iraq, Italia, Islas Canarias, España,
Holanda, Israel, Marruecos, Ucrania, Brazil, Bolivia,
Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Panama, Ecuador, Peru, México,
Taiwan, Haiti and other countries. |
